Gynecomastia or Male Boobs can be defined as the presence of any excess tissue on a male chest and it is often breast tissue mixed with fatty tissue. It frequently occurs in three phases of life.

The fat component can be reduced by fat reduction through diet and gym. The glandular component will not reduce by any amount exercises. It can be removed only by surgery.
